I came into the store and left my resume with the shift manager. A week later I was called for an interview. I was interviewed by the assistant store manager, and another employee. The main points of the interview had mostly to do with determining my work ethic, and my ability to hold a conversation with someone. I had no experience, but they really wanted someone who they knew would work hard, and that they could train. A week later I was called back where I was told I'd got the job.
