      Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Amani Institute

      Interview

At the initial application stage, the company asks a series of questions that require quite a bit of time and effort to complete. I was then told I was shortlisted and asked to complete an assignment prior to being interviewed. I spent a fair amount of time to complete the assignment and in less than 24 hours after submitting it, I received an email that I was not selected to proceed and they did not have time to provide more detailed feedback as to why. I found this to be in poor taste - they asked candidates to take a considerable amount of time to complete an assignment before even having an introductory call and yet they couldn't be bothered to spend 15 minutes and give specific feedback. Makes me feel like it was just busy work and a huge waste of my time.

      Question 1

Not applicable as I only completed the assignment.
