1. Brief phone interview with manager. Went over resume. Asked about prior experience. A couple technical questions. Was told HR would e-mail me regarding the next step. Phone interview was easy. Not too difficult.
2. Got called in to take a Wonderlic Exam. Took a technical exam. Manager interview. Got asked about my education. No technical questions. Got a tour of the place.
3. A panel interview with the assistant manager, director, and a field service technician. Got asked very general questions about resume.
4. Came in for another panel with just the director and assistant manager this time. Got asked super detailed questions regarding resume. This is the final stage where they decide if you are the candidate they go for.
