Hello Anonymous. Thank you for this review, however it is quite inaccurate. While it is true we have a 3 step interview process, the preliminary interview is not always with a manager. Furthermore, the 2nd interview is not given to a sales rep, it is given to one of our corporate trainers we trust and are able to determine if someone is qualified to work with us. Selling something does not give someone an opportunity to conduct an interview. Lastly we do not have anyone on our team that is 18 years old, so either you are making false claims about our company or you are being sarcastic in which either way your review here seems to be extremely baseless.
