Had a good 1st interview, basic questions as expected seemed to go very well. I was told I’d be contacted the next day either way. Never heard from them again. Why tell people they’ll be contacted if you have no intention of getting back to them. Just tell people they won’t hear back unless hired. Very unprofessional

The following is my opinion of the interview process that I was subjected to: Long, arduous interviewing process. HR was nice but met with at least 6 others, some of whom were condescending in the interview. Others were distracted, multitasking instead of practicing active listening. Required unpaid work as part of the interview (presentation), recorded my face without prior consent for the purpose of running it through an AI facial monitoring and analysis software, which appeared to run a pseudo-scientific program to assign scores to my performance in the interview. No idea what they do with the recording if someone does not get the job; this was not made clear to me. Multiple interview rounds with many people, some of whom didn't seem to be relevant to the position. It was a very bizarre and unprofessional experience, and a waste of time.
