Fairly straightforward, it was more like a casual chat with your potential managers. They did not ask many technical questions, if at all. They definitely were looking for good communication and social skills in their prospective candidates.
Generic questions and had a written test which wasn’t hard. Friendly conversation. There were rounds of interviews plus an initial phone interview with human resources. About 2 week process and got offer one week later.

HR was so nice, she asked several questions like below.
1. How do you deal with multiple tasks?
2. Why do you fit this role?
3. Why are you interested in real estimate?
