Interview
From the very first contact, Alto has made it a seamless and transparent interview process. I was impressed by how clearly expectations were set at each step and the team did a great job outlining the timeline from the start so I knew what to expect.
Communication was great throughout my interviews and they gave me regular updates because the process was a little longer than I'm used to, but I really liked meeting with so many team members! The recruiter was incredibly supportive, providing feedback and answering any questions I had with an open line of communication.
The interview process itself was thorough, which I appreciated. It included a straight forward writing assignment that was relevant to the cx role.
I appreciated the transparency about the company's culture, team dynamics, and growth opportunities. It was nice to see such an open approach, which helped me understand exactly what I would be stepping into if offered the position.
Overall, my interview experience with Alto was really positive. I felt valued and respected and felt Alto cared about my candidate experience and communicating with me.

Question 1
What does great customer service look like to you?
Had a few interviews with other PMs at the company, almost all behavioral questions. Mostly good conversations but seemed like they were looking for someone to create jira tickets for engineers
Similar good situation after completing test and initial round of interview. Very unfortunate as I was super interested. Not sure if it’s a budget issue but should always be looked into before candidates waste their home or get their hopes up. I’ll see if anything changes in two weeks
