Good. Great – highly supportive, patient, and empathetic. Very understanding – listens attentively, respects perspectives, and responds thoughtfully, ensuring people feel valued, heard, and comfortable in any situation or interaction.
Great. HR screening call was relaxed and informative. The formal interview was personable, with questions seeking to understand you as an individual, which was refreshing. Interviewed by the Director of Growth and the Operations Director, both put me at ease immediately due to their open and honest approach which made us a perfect match!
