The process starts with a Recruiter screen, and if moved on from there, the rest of the process was as follows:
2nd - Team Lead/Manager screen
3rd - Director screen
4th - Panel interview with same Team Lead/Director, and additional Team Leads

Question 1
Lots of questions around conflicting priorities/stakeholder interests. Questions about facing issues as a project manager, how to combat resistance to change, time management. No practical portion of interview (presentation, creation of mock project plan); all interviews were more conversational.

Interview process too extensive, recruiter not very professional. Not very concerned about people's time, existing jobs and or possible other offers. Process wants interested candidates to wait weeks for a response and possible job offer
