Interview
Started with an HR phone interview, then a phone interview with the VP of Product Development, then an on site interview. After the on site interview, I didn't hear another word from them, despite a couple of emails to the HR person asking for status or feedback.

The VP of Product Development asked me to rank order several things that are all important in software management: quality, reliability, innovation, responsiveness to customer needs, etc.
