It's simple so long as you can follow directions. I found them through a job fair on campus. I took the application and resume with me to their HQ in Tigard. You do a questionnaire that basically asks, do you do drugs, are you honest, are you dependable, are you a jerk when your PO'd. If you have lived out of state these past five years, you'll get fingerprinted. A couple days later, you'll get a call for an interview. I went on site and had a very laid back sit down with a boss. They explain the position and you play twenty questions. They will decide by the end if they want you or not.
