Online application, phone interview, then in person assessment day (Information session/group interview/individual interview). The assessment day started with a couple of hours of information regarding the company and the role, then there were group activities with the people at your table, then each table had an interviewer and you there were individual interviews one by one.

Went through a PowerPoint slideshow then we went around the room to interdict ourselves, we then had Group interview with activities with a staff member listening in and doing it with with people sitting at your table, then single one on one interviews.
