Interview
Both DMs were friendly, however they didn’t follow up despite saying there would be next steps, more to come. They hired internal, which is fine, but better communication would be nice.
They were nice and interested in me as a person not just skill set questions.
It’s was refreshing.
It was easy conversation and felt genuine. I enjoyed the conversation a lot.

Interview
Had a phone interview with HR and then an in person interview with the district leader. Had to pass an assessment. They asked your typical questions about KPI’s, customer service issues, keeping a team motivated.
