I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Altar'd State (Cleveland, OH) in May 2018
Interview
One sit down interview, was super laid back and easy. The conversation just flowed and no curve ball questions. It was actually a group interview so there were about 7 of us.

Interview
It was a very relaxed group interview! They asked basic behavioral questions. They were very nice. They didn’t ask everyone the same question, they did smaller groups within the group answering.
My interview process at Alter'd State was very casual and welcoming. It was a group interview with two other candidates and lasted about 30 minutes. The interview focused on getting to know us rather than asking difficult technical questions. We were asked basic behavioral questions such as "Tell me about yourself" and "Describe a time you had to overcome an obstacle." The atmosphere was relaxed, and it felt more like a conversation than a formal interview.
Interview was very rushed and disorganized. No questions of mine really got answered. Talked about training process but there was none. Very culty weird vibes from the beginning especially with the very strict dress code
