I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Altar'd State (Denver, CO) in Jul 2017
Interview
Very normal sit down interview with Store Manager and District Manager. I was lucky and the District Manager was in town and present at my interview. If the District Manager is not at the interview you must have a separate interview (over the phone or in person) before you can be hired. The conversation was open & honest, really good people work for this company. Having sound ethics and speaking the truth will get you far here.

Question 1
What kinds of recent volunteer work have you done?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Altar'd State (Winston-Salem, NC)
Interview
Friendly. Asked questions about previous work experience, explained duties and responsibilities of the assistant manager. I felt comfortable during the whole experience. Overall was a great interview, was a little short but sometimes that happens. Love the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Altar'd State (Charleston, SC) in Oct 2023
Interview
Had 3 interviews including one with coporate, it seemed excessive for a part time job. All three interviews were pretty laid back with the one from corporate being the easiest and most laid back. Pay was decent at the time.

What do I like to do in my free time?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Altar'd State (Chicago, IL) in May 2020
Interview
Stay away from the recruiter she’s a liar , and really good at wasting your time ! She’ll tell you the that a position has been filled , and you will see job posted a few days later. Listen to the bad reviews they are true they try to say they do good because they give back to the community but are filled with dishonest people
