Altair (UK) interview questions

I recently completed a two-stage interview process. The first panel was very positive—professional, friendly, and clearly well-prepared. They asked thoughtful questions and created a comfortable environment that helped me showcase my experience. The second stage was quite different. One of the interviewers didn’t attend. The interview was unstructured compared to the first round and that lady that conducted it seemed interested and wasn't even taking notes. Unfortunately, after this stage I never received any follow-up regarding the outcome or any feedback. The lack of communication was disappointing, especially after taking the time to prepare and attend multiple sessions.

The interview process was straightforward and smooth. The interviewers were absolutely lovely! I felt so much at ease having such a pleasant experience with the recruitment process at Altair LTD
