Rehearsed questions with minimal candidate interaction. Multi tiered panel interview is beneficial, however can be lengthy having numerous people speaking on individual roles within the organization. Much of interview is focused on informing potential candidate of organization and its history.

The process in getting the interview itself is very thorough, given that I spoke with a third party first based on my experience/qualifications, then they assisted me with details of the job before proceeding with the interview with one of the branches itself. The interview was super straightforward, often a panel is involved, with typical interview questions (strengths/weaknesses, experience, etc.) Depending on which branch you go to, the vibe of the interview may vary. I feel like for the most part, as long as you show them your personality and have strong qualifications, the interview isn't too bad :)
