Completed application online for a job post that was also advertised on online. Within a few days I received an email requesting to schedule an interview. The interview was in person. It lasted approximately 30 minutes.

Easy interview. Office was very cold. I felt more so like I was interviewing them, then they were interviewing me. Make sure you have a lot of time because they make you take a math test, logic test, drug test, and alcohol test. They do not offer room for negotiating salary.
