I applied online and was contacted by phone for a quick discussion with HR. Completed two aptitude tests which led to a phone conversation with the CEO. Was told this went well. Next step was a Skype call with the CEO and COO (I was not a local candidate). This was over two months ago. I've followed up with HR twice but never heard anything back from Alpine. Everything with regards to the interview process was appropriate until the end. This is a Director level role and you're dealing with a Director level talent that doesn't like to have their time wasted. The performance of Alpine leadership and HR in this matter was highly unprofessional. You don't have to say yes, but you have to say something.
