First stage is a very quick screening call where they basically confirm that you understand what the company does and what the role is about. The first round of interviews felt quite rushed, but was very friendly and well structured. The interviewer was based in San Francisco and was interviewing me at 7:00am her local time, which was very odd. The setup was also unusual as she was apparently watching me on a big screen on the other side of the room, so it looked like she was talking to the walls rather than me because she wasn't looking at the camera. At the end of the interview I asked for some feedback that she refused to give. I was left with a feeling that I did well in the interview, but received a generic rejection email three days later.
