It was pretty standard process where the interviewer asks you about the competitor and the main strengths of alphasights. Also familiarize yourself with the talent sourcing business. How do you identify talent and contact them?
An AI chatbot who interrupts you during your answers. Also predominantly just asks about experiences from HS despite talking to the recruiter and letting them know you are an older candidate

What in your high school career shaped you the most?
Few rounds gets you familiar with the company and then one case study practice. Need to now how their process works so pay attention to the materials provided. Case study is probably going to be a typical scenario you would face in a day to day situation
quick and do a case analysis to test your soft skills and discuss more about your cv detail. the interviewer is nice and professional. She will guide you to answer the questions.
