Interview
The interview process goes through several rounds. I passed the first round (short video response answers) but didn't get past the second round (face to face interview with an employee of the company)

Question 1
There were formal and informal questions; the formal ones were those such as what is the role of the position I am applying for and what does AlphaSights do. The informal question I got was "If life has come to a crosspath I was to choose to cross to the bridge of wealth, the bridge of fame, and the bridge of power, which one would I choose?" I appreciated the last question as it made the interview more entertaining
1st call interview >2nd hr interview > case study interview(if passed) > final interview(if passed). all interview is proceeding with English. and native speakers are needed. and hr people were kind

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
