Interview
Straight forward from the beginning. All steps are lined out for you from the start of the application. After the first HR phone interview, the experience gets more professional. The interviewers want you to succeed and make that clear through the questions they ask.
Phone screening was good asked basic questions about strengths, weaknesses, situation, etc. The questions were fairly straightforward and the usual questions asked during a phone interview. Overall a very good experience.
Initial interview screen, basic questions about resume and why you want to go into the field and this type of job, how resume and past experience transfers. Not very hard but not very exciting.

Long, repetitive and a complete waste of my time. They drag you along for legit like 6 weeks, make you do all these different things, the people that I met were majority nice, expect the final interview with a lady that was a POS
