The first part of the interview is based on you CV and experiences. The second half concentrates a lot on the role and how your competencies fit within that role. The interviewer was quite friendly. Majority of the questions were entirely based on the information you can find on the website. However, if they realise you know their website very well from just a couple of questions, they move on to asking questions that you'd have no way to prepare for and you just need to hope your guessing is good enough.
