I applied through university. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Completely virtual, a few rounds of talking to a camera; no human interaction whatsoever...They give you a practice round but no warning prior to the interview that it's in this format.

Question 1
I don't remember exactly but pretty basic behavioral questions
A hirevue completed online followed by a behavioral interview over zoom with an HR rep. It was fairly standard behavioral questions and they ask you to describe what the company does.
Process had three rounds: screener, case study, and final, hour long in-depth interview. The recruiter was very transparent and supportive throughout the process and let you know what to expect with each round.
Very smooth and takes place quickly after application and with a real person which is nice. The questions aim to test your understanding of the work you will be doing and the competitive landscape of the industry.
