The interview process consisted of a telephone interview, followed up by a two-part second round interview with two members of the recruitment team. The first part was a formal interview that lasted approximately an hour; the second part was more like an office tour and just a chat, getting to know another member on the team. Finally, I had an interview with the Lead Recruiter in the London office which was formal and focused on my competencies and motivations.
The mix of formal and informal discussions made it a very pleasant experience that lead to some constructive feedback.
