My interviewer was very friendly and welcoming, did not ask difficult questions, and wanted to get to know me. It was a comfortable environment and they got back to me with the job offer that day.

Interview
Initially submitted resume and application online. Within about a week I received an email inviting me to schedule an interview. The interview was mostly questions about myself and personality vs work experience. This was my first EMS job. The EMT school I went to had an AlphaOne representative come and speak with us about the opportunities they had available, so it felt like kindof a shoe in. After one interview I received an email the next day offering me a position.

Interview
Applied online, got an email to come in for an interview. Came in and spoke to the HR person, a manager and the owner. Seemed like a pretty softball interview. Was later emailed an offer of employment.
