My first round of interview was taken by an Hr executive on phone, asking for my background(Personal and professional and Acadamic). It was followed by a 1:1 interview a week later with a Mid level Hr person at their headquarters, Same day I have been interviewed by a panel of two person (Consisting of D.G.M sales & Marketing and Manager Sale & Markting). They asked me about nature of last Job, my previous responsibilities and accomplishments, educational background, reason for leaving the previous company and to join them. after 15-20 minutes of verbal interview, they asked me to give a short presentation on last project, I was handling. finally , it was over in around 35 minutes of a wonderful interaction. Three days Later, I have been asked to come and discuss the compensation with the senior official of Human resource department. We both discussed and finally agreed on a decent salary. They sent me a offer letter by mail after two days which I accepted and joined the company. During my interview time, and still up to date, I found people very professional at work vis-a-vis very friendly and cooperative. The work culture is a best mix of centralised authority as well as independency in decision making for employees in their work related actions.
