Interview was pretty short and straight forward over a video call. Just about 10 minutes with questions about background in experience with this position. Got an offer right after the next day.

How do you handle the stress load from this kind of job?

Interview
5 rounds of interview. First is normal hr round. Next is assessment round. And again hr round. After that typing round at last Client round. All of the HRs are very supportive, but was dropped on final round.
I waited for about 5 hours before I found out that I failed. There were four procedure s that you have to pass. First is group initial interview. It's your chance to talk about yourself. Next round is, the computer-based exam wherein you'll be given a certain scenario and you have to choose what solution you'll make. Next is the HR interview, where they'll be askinh several personal questions, background and etc.
