I received only two quick calls from the recruiting staff, the first to explain the job and ask the usual availability questions, the second one asked about my experience and if I had a dedicated place at home to work only. The recruiting person seemed very busy, I tried to keep it as quick as possible and I'm glad it all went smooth this way.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
