The supervisor that emailed me was very communicative about the job and I was very interested and the interview process was very easy and basically answering questions related to how is my flexibility and information about the job title. I got a second interview with the supervisor I was working for and I answered questions related to customer service. I got the offer and I accepted it.

Interview
The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
