i applied in april , got called in for a hiring event in tampa fl , showed up early and applied and took about 3-4 test 3 was on paper and 2 was on the computer , the recruiters said they'd call back ,they never did

Interview
First they called me so I could talk with a representative, and after that call and answering a little questionnaire, I answer to their call, They ask me simple things like why I wanted to work there, if I´ve went through any difficult situation, How would I manage to solvea problem if the other person is angry. It was a really chill interview, They said that I need to do another interview, this time with a client, wish me luck.

Interview
Easy interview process, took a month after getting offered before starting though, other than that everything went smooth. During the interview they want o get a feel for how good at conversing you are as well as the verbage / professionalism that you user and display.
