I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alorica (San Antonio, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
I submitted my resume on an online job board, where the site encouraged me to apply on their website directly and call their recruiter to set up an interview, which I did. He was able to get me in as soon as that day, but I asked for the next morning and he said that was fine.
I went to their HR building and signed in, then waited. It was a good 30 minutes past my scheduled time before I was seen, but went pleasantly after that. I was interviewed by an HR rep first, after which she recommended a couple of different projects for me that I could choose from. I picked and she set me up with an interview with a manager for that team, with about an hour of wait time. Warning: the San Antonio Fredericksburg location has several different buildings, make sure you go to the right one. I was sent to several different buildings because no one was quite sure where I was supposed to go. Both interviews were easy. Got sent back to HR where I was offered the position and accepted. Then I did my on boarding paperwork on a very slow computer.

The first interview is via phone, someone from the recruitment team calls you to get to know a little bit more about yourself, they send you a test where they can see your level on English based on your answers and how you develop the test. Then you go to an interview at site where they ask you a couple of questions and continue with the recruitment process.

why do you want to be part of alorica?
Online application in office, typing test, interview with Human Resources rep, discussion about open positions, job experience, etc. even though it was a long process, they seem to hire everyone who applies.
Very easy 3 interviews with three different people. All calls, you have steps to follow and since mine is a work from home a internet connection check speed. Than got the job.
