I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Alorica (Fort Myers, FL) in Jun 2014
Interview
The interview is long. They want to analyze your dedication skills and how to ask questions to figure out the issue or problem. They will review your past work and definately want to see anything that is customer service oriented. They are a business casual workplace. So come dressed up, but suit and tie is definately not necessary. Girls- dress pants is fine enough and a nice blouse.
