Interviewed with the recruiter via video call, but was ghosted. They said they would have an update in a few weeks. Sent a few follow-up emails for any updates, no response. Video call was about an hour, they provided a thorough overview of company benefits and perks and went through each item on resume.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you consider the most impactful thing you have done in any of the previous jobs you worked for? What do you need to feel successful in the role?
Interview was straight forward although the person who interviewed me is no longer there. I was asked about prior job experience and if the skills of the job I was applying for matched the skills I gained or applied at previous positions. Usual questions about availability and such were asked; there was nothing spectacular about the process.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AlohaCare (Honolulu, HI) in Jan 2015
Interview
One initial phone interview with HR staff mostly just going over resume. Then one in-person interview with the hiring manager, again mostly just going over resume and past work experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Both of the people that I interviewed with are no longer at AlohaCare. I don't think there is any sort of standardized question set that different hiring managers ask, so what I was asked is not really relevant. Also, it's been a few years, so I don't even remember any specific questions.
