I sat down in the office with a senior manager. She asked about my experience and told me about their mission and what they were looking for. We simply sat one on one. She introduced me to others in the office after. It was a very easy process. We talked about possible issues that could arise in the houses and how I would deal with them. We talked about the different individuals they serve and how the houses are set up to provide the best care. We talked about the expectations they have for their staff and the trainings I would have to go through.
