Quick get to know you intro, asked about background and interest in the role, followed by Mckinsey&Company case study (very similar to online examples). Interviewer was nice and guided you through if you were stuck. Finish with questions.

I received a HireVue in January and interviewed with the company shortly afterward for an internship. The interview was fine, mostly behavioral and questions about my technical skills (it was clear that I lacked the technical skills required for the job even though it was never listed in the job description). Unsurprisingly, I was rejected shortly thereafter. Three months later, I got a phone call from a recruiter saying they had an opening that they wanted me to urgently apply for and interview for the next day. This made me think I was the preferred candidate for the role. It was clear during the interview that they were not seriously considering me, and I was rejected again for "not meeting the school year requirements" because I was a sophomore instead of a junior. Unbelievably unprofessional behavior that wasted my time.
