Phone interview and physical interview. Phone interview was normal. Beware: Physical interview was like providing free consulting to the CEO. He wanted details and spent over half the time writing down your answers. Office was dilapidated, messy and dirty, especially the tiny kitchenette...no place to sit/eat. Around 10 people cramped into a small office. No one seem happy when I was there; no one smiled or talked. If you have low expecatations out of your workplae and want to meet the expectations of the CEO with no resources, then this might be the job for you. Otherwise, there are lot of better places to work.
