I applied online. I interviewed at Allstream (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2020
Interview
It was very chill since I was a student with no major experience. They were more interested in judging the quality of the questions I ask them rather than testing me on my technical skills.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allstream (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2021
Interview
The first step was a prescreen phone call with an external recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager and a member of the team.
I should have trusted my instincts at the prescreen as I couldn't help feeling like I was being carelessly managed when it was time to schedule the next interview. That interview was an uncomfortable experience for me and I quickly got the sense that their requirements for the job differed from the job description I had responded to.
For what it's worth, the process moved fairly quickly.

Question 1
How do you keep track of multiple projects at a time?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Allstream (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2021
Interview
Contacted by HR for 1st screening meeting. Step two was having several discussions with the hiring Sales Director and final interview with Sales, VP. I was also encouraged to reached out directly to members of the direct / extended team to ask questions and about the organization and more specifically about the sales team.
Thank you for this feedback and glad you have joined our team! Nice to hear that the process went well, and you had an opportunity to have all of your questions answered about our organization.
