There is an online application on the Allstate website, a couple questionaires to gauge your abilities and customer service (somewhate annoying, but I'm sure helpful to them), a phone interview, an interview with 2 managers (one as a scribe), a 2nd interview once you are more or less chosen, where you get to sit with someone who does the job you're applying for, and then a call offering you the job. I accepted and it has been great since! It's a great work environment with good people who understand the balance between work and life, and encourage you to have that balance. I'm sure this is in part because of the long interview process, finding the right people.
