Interview
I submitted an online application and was reached out by a Recruiter for a Zoom interview. It was a pleasant interview. I guess my answer were not good enough but I have reviewed others stating they took an assessment and then was contacted forcan interview. I never received an assessment and thought it this was a little odd to jump to an interview. I believe they already had their selection of who they are hiring and just needed to interview outside candidates. I truly believe now interviews are not based on experience, education or skills but it they like you as a person and if you are lucky to have an interview with hiring managers that like your vibe your got the job.

Interview
Received an email to take a behavioral assesment. Immediately afterward I received an email to schedule a phone interview. Recruiter called and asked the typical questions- Tell me about a time when..... etc. I felt the interview went extremely well, and she advised me that she was moving me forward to the next step of the interview process. 2 weeks went by in which I called to follow up and the recruiter returned my call to tell me that the hiring managers decided to hire within the organization instead of externally.
