I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2014
Interview
Multiple phone interviews and then 2 in person interviews with the final one involving a writing and modeling test. This lasted about 3 hours and I met with 6 different employees within the team. Very easy to talk to but they definitely want to dig into your experience and background.
- Applied through a program for minority college students
- Was invited to a 75-minute interview that was broken into two rounds (both with two individuals in each round)
- First round was presenting a case study I had compiled before the interview
- Second round was more general behavioral questions

Question 1
Case study that was provided beforehand; just general behavioral questions
Pretty easy process. Did 3 interviews and mainly behavioral type questions. Research the company and be prepared to talk about past experiences and how you could contribute for the specific role. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Allstate (Fort Irwin, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Virtual interview process that can be completed on your own time. Very user friendly platform. There were multiple questions all recorded separately so you weren’t just talking for the entire process, there were breaks to refocus.
