After applying online, I got a call from a recruiter which turned into a mini phone interview. It was unexpected, and I was nervous, but the next day I received an e-mail to proceed with the application process by completing a questionnaire/skills test.
After completing the questionnaire, I received an e-mail to schedule an interview at the office. It was a panel interview; they read questions from a print out and wrote down my responses. They were honest that the position has had high turnover in the past and that it would also involve working a Saturday about every month. They also warned me that I would be on the phone 99% of the time and attached to a desk.
I got an offer a week and a half after my interview. I appreciate the manager's honesty; I am basically preparing myself for an unpleasant experience and/or long hours.
