I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Hudson, OH) in Mar 2014
Interview
One phone interview with an HR person and one interview with the future manager. I then received an email from the HR person telling me that I got the job and this was my starting salary. Pretty straight forward, as expected as I was referred by an employee. Both the HR and the manager interviews were relaxed and the standard questions for an Analyst job are being asked so hae no fear when going for Allstate, there are no tricks in their employment process.
