I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Las Cruces, NM) in Jan 2017
Interview
The first interview is just a phone interview with a recruiter and is pretty straight forward. The second interview is on site with at least two members of management a TL and a CSL. The format for the interview is in SPI. I recommend Googling it before hand. Then you sit with a current employee if you make it to the sit then you are a top contender.

Interview
Not bad. It was smooth. Just be positive in your ability to obtain the job that you are already qualified for, and there's no further worries. Smile, be polite and ask as many questions as you need. It's the best thing ever to ask questions in an interview.
Easy Fast The interview was probably like 10 minutes long and it was to the point. Talked about the job ask 1 personal questions and it was that easy and fast.
