I was contacted through email by a recruiter a few weeks after I applied to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview mainly consisted of behavioral question. Such as, how you act in groups, how you deal with conflict, how you are with presenting, etc.
A week later I was brought in for a face to face interview which consisted of two panel interviews. Everyone was very relaxed and friendly. Very comfortable interview. Asked behavioral questions and some questions relating to excel and other software.

Eventhough the test is theoretically about proposing compensation packages alternative to merit increase, the intimidating part is the expectation that with 20 minutes preparation time, you should be able to present your suggestions to a panel of 5 strangers.
