The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Allstate (Champaign, IL) in Oct 2016
Interview
Cordial, relaxed . 2 interviewers who mixed conversation with behavior questions. There was a mini case they gave you 15 minutes or so to prepare which included five choices of issues affecting the insurance industry, and you have to pick and elaborate on three of them. Overall it seemed that they were trying to persuade me as much as I was trying to sell myself to them.

Question 1
Case study that was provided beforehand; just general behavioral questions
Pretty easy process. Did 3 interviews and mainly behavioral type questions. Research the company and be prepared to talk about past experiences and how you could contribute for the specific role. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Allstate (Fort Irwin, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Virtual interview process that can be completed on your own time. Very user friendly platform. There were multiple questions all recorded separately so you weren’t just talking for the entire process, there were breaks to refocus.
