I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Allscripts (New Delhi) in Dec 2018
Interview
First they take English test which is easy.
Later on they take F2F interview.
I was told that one person will take my interview.
When I was sitting in conference room, 2 different persons came to take my interview and both were soo confused about the questions. I did answer every question.
One of the interviewer was a new joiney. She had joined the company almost 2 months back. And frankly both of them did not know the difference between stress and load testing.
Advice to HR: kindly inform the candidate whether he/she is selected or not in the email or when the interview is done.
Candidates have to call again and again for confirmation.
Advice to management: kindly check whether the same person is taking the interview.
