The interview process was straight forward and efficient. Within a week of applying I got an email setting up a time for a phone call. It was over Skype but I had a few days to install it and make sure everything worked.
The call itself was done by HR, and they were trying to get a better understanding of my skills and how I would fit into the company. The interview came about 1.5 weeks after the call, and was done with HR and the Operations Director. I wouldn't say it was an easy interview, but if you prepare then it's not a hard interview. There were a few questions I didn't expect but overall it was a really pleasant interview.
The offer came a few days after the interview and the start date was about 2 weeks after that. The on-boarding process was seamless.
