I applied online. I interviewed at Allied Universal (San Diego, TX) in Feb 2020
Interview
They called a group of us into one interview. Then they made some of us wait for up to 1/2 hour. Then they heard it a group of us into another room. It could take up to 3 hours. If you are chosen then the standard process starts. Perhaps this is common for most jobs and interviews. I don't know.

Interview
After submitting my application, I received an e-mail with instructions to complete a one-way video interview. A few days after this was completed, I received a phone call from the Account Manager for the location to schedule an in-person interview. During the in-person interview itself, I was asked several questions to determine any existing qualifications, prior experience, and understanding of the job I was applying for, along with schedule preferences. Once the interview was completed, I was given an offer shortly after and sent to the nearest branch office to complete onboarding and guard certification.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked if I possessed an active CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
Pretty standard interview questions. Made sure you were a fit. They wanted to make sure you could work certain schedules and see how flexible you could be, what you were looking for in terms of compensation.

Super easy job, they hire every and anybody. Very flexible schedule, sometimes no breaks/lunches, strict on having people on site no matter what you have going on. They will fire you.
